The journal aims to consolidate the efforts of scientists to solve actual scientific problems in the field of fundamental and applied research sciences such as Pedagogics, Sociology, Psychology, Law; providing readers with reliable information about actual and perspective scientific developments on various aspects. Interest in the problems of society development, legal culture will raise on the pages of the journal the most actual and controversial issues in such topics as: "Innovation and tradition in education", "Relation of education and upbringing in teaching”, “Personality and contemporary socio-cultural situation," "Legal issues of education", etc.
